It outlines initiatives such as digital grievance management, transparent financial dashboards, preventive maintenance planning, technology-enabled operations, smart monitoring systems, resident engagement platforms, sustainable infrastructure, and enhanced safety protocols.
Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Ragini Kurup, Candidate, Parivartan, said:
