Ananth brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology leadership, and global talent management, making him a valuable addition to SMC Squared’s leadership team.

Ananth has worked with global organizations like Oracle, TCS, Retek, Ascena (GCC), and Algonomy, successfully building and scaling technology teams worldwide. He has firsthand experience in establishing and leading a 350+ member GCC in Bangalore and has worked closely with CXO taskforces to design strategic India operations and governance models. His expertise spans technology leadership, enterprise architecture, and fostering innovation-driven work environments.
Ananth holds an Executive Management degree from IIM Bangalore and a Master’s in Engineering. His global exposure across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia has shaped his deep understanding of how technology and talent drive business transformation.
Outside of work, Ananth enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing cricket, and nurturing a passion for gardening—an experience he finds both enriching and full of life lessons.
