Redcliffe Labs builds on its preventive-first approach with the ‘Blood Print of Your City’ Campaign to drive awareness of India’s shifting health trends

  • The initiative decodes collective health realities through city-wise data analysis, turning individual reports into a shared wellness narrative
  • By analyzing anonymized data, the campaign highlights lifestyle-driven risks and empowers communities to act together

New Delhi, 7th April 2026: Redcliffe Labs today announced the launch of its nationwide Health Day campaign, “What’s the Blood Print of Your City?”, A first-of-its-kind initiative designed to decode India’s collective health realities through city-wise data analysis. The campaign will run from April 1 to April 30, with findings to be unveiled on May 1.

Expanding upon their prior nationwide research, which showed increasing levels of indicators of diabetes, heart-health crises, nutrition and hypertension in Indians residing in urban areas, along with an increasing prevalence of prediabetes and cardiovascular risks among people in the younger age bracket, Redcliffe Labs is now looking beyond those findings by examining the clusters and variations and improvement in trends at the city level.

This novel method extends the experience of illness into an identity crisis for the entire nation, in which the body becomes the archive of that particular urban community’s way of life. Through the analysis of millions of anonymous data points, Redcliffe Labs will showcase the State of the Vitals for the nation, reflecting the diet, stress, and urban life experience into the health tale of each city. Through this initiative, Redcliffe Labs is trying to spotlight India’s healthiest city while nudging individuals towards regular health checks as a preventive habit. Health rewards are designed to encourage participation and sustained engagement, with the larger goal of enabling people to understand their risks early and act to prevent the preventable.

The aim of the campaign is to raise awareness of the silent development of noncommunicable diseases among urban Indians, as well as to demonstrate progress towards good health. Each individual participating in the campaign by getting their blood print tested in April is one step closer to being included in the journey of their city’s blood print story, which Redcliffe Labs has initiated in previous campaigns on diabetes, heart risk factors, and hypertension.

Commenting on the initiative, Aditya Kandoi, Founder & CEO, Redcliffe Labs, said: “Healthcare cannot remain reactive if outcomes have to change. With ‘Blood Print of Your City’, we are moving from isolated health reports to a broader understanding of how cities are evolving in terms of health. When people see the patterns around them, they are far more likely to act. This initiative is about making health reality visible, relatable, and actionable, so prevention becomes a part of everyday life.

Through this awareness drive, Redcliffe Labs has taken another step towards adopting its preventive-first strategy and achieving its objective of democratizing healthcare in India.
